Wes Sam Bruce an artist, film maker, photographer and art educator.
Wes created an art installation called that wonder sound that is a collaboration of people here in San Diego and art makers from all over.
The result is this amazing fort like space that has small tunnels to crawl through, a rope room to climb up, and words and art decorated all it around.
One of the main intents of the wonder sound was to represent a culture that was not your own, in the language, architecture animals and word written on the wall. The idea was that by being in an environment that was not native to you, you could begin to grow that cultural empathy muscle.
